Know Thyself & Others with Linda Plummer, SHRM-SCP
Exploring our natural preferences and differences regarding energy, information gathering, decision making and lifestyle will help us work together. Recognizing other’s preferences will positively impact our teamwork and communication. Linda will lead us in an engaging, interactive session. Prior to this session, please take a free personality test (similar to the Myers Briggs) at https://www.personalityjunkie.com. Send your results to Linda at lindaplummer@comcast.net so she can do some pre-work for the workshop.

Essentials of Great Meetings! With Karen Kempf
Explore the skills that make for great meetings! Ideas for creating a delicious Meeting Sandwich including covenant, roles, agenda, and guidelines for effective use of time. Karen will also discuss group development and dynamics, expanding on our morning session.

Open to all UUCJ members and friends. If you are a committee leader or a committee member this is the place to be on August 25!
