Girls Rock Jacksonville’s mission is to cultivate self-empowerment and positive identity development in girls, trans, and gender non-conforming youth through music experimentation, DIY media and peer collaboration. GRJ takes place during July 23-27. We are currently closed for camp registration but do encourage you to join us on July 28 at 1904 music hall for our 7th annual Girls Rock Showcase. We are a grassroots organization and we 100% volunteer run and organized. We appreciate UUCJ for being our home for the last 3 years.
Graciela Cain: Graciela has been an organizer with a Girls Rock Jacksonville for the past 3 years. She not only is an organizer but a singer , rapper and DJ. She is very passionate about helping LGBTQI+ youth in Jacksonville Florida and she believes that we should listen to them more because they truly have all the answers.
