National Popular Vote Interstate Compact (NPVIC) : How to Make Your Vote Really Count

Step out for the evening on Monday, November 12th to find out about the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact (NPVIC) and how it will ensure the presidential candidate with the most votes will be the one sworn into office!

But, it takes states whose electoral votes total 270 or more to put the NPVIC into effect.
