Healthy Eating Class November 3

Healthy Eating Class is this Sunday, November 3 at 12:30 in the Fletcher Room. We will learn a few things about portion control, and Chef Lisa will be making a Kelp-Noodle salad. Delicious and nutritious! She also will be making an interesting dessert. So bring your taste buds and be prepared to learn how to stay healthy.
