Congratulations to Nancy Murrey-Settle and Steven Settle on the birth of their first grandchild, a daughter, Neely Scott.  She was born on February 13, 2021 at 8 lb and 11 oz and 21”.  Her parents are Ashley (Steven’s oldest daughter) and Jeff of Oakland, California.
