New Normal Team Update COVID 19 cases continue to decline in the Jacksonville metropolitan area. On 10/23/21 the reported number of new cases dropped below 10/100,000 per day and the positive test percentage below 5%. The number of new COVID 19 cases in the Northeast Florida area has continued to decrease and in-person services are planned when the number of new cases has been less than 10/100,000 per day and the percent of positive tests less than 5% for a period of two weeks.
