Good news to report on the UUCJ Renovation & Addition project. Architect Rob Zinn is taking over construction drawings for Phase I of our project. This will include an elevator, new toilet rooms for the Social Hall, a table/chair storage room plus washer/dryer. Also included are new doors and glass at the west end of the Social Hall, new patio, new sidewalk at main entrance from upper parking lot.
On Tuesday Feb 1, the entire design team met on campus for a look at existing conditions in the area of work. The goal for construction start is 2nd quarter 2022.
